
Salmon and arugula sald is definitely my spécialité. This is the menu that I used to prepare to pamper my fiancé after a long working day.

{Salmon cut into bite-size pieces}
A sauce that is worth trying when you cook salmon: 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Mix and pour dressing over salmon then cook it in the oven for 15 mins. Arrange on salad plates, garnishing each with arugula, brie cheese and bocconcini.
