Last Saturday we met some friends for dinner and the slogan was that each couple had to bring something to share. Without hesitation, I made this typical italian dessert called tiramisu with the following ingredients:
(Makes 10 servings / preparation: 30 min)
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
100 g of sugar
600 grams of white cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 cc of wine mistela
70 ml of coffee liqueur or brandy
150 cc of strong coffee
3 tablespoons cocoa
Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar little by little. Continue beating until ready thread. Add the Marsala wine (or Mistela) and white cheese. Perfumed with vanilla. Add little by little the egg whites until stiff. Soak the shells in the mixture of coffee and coffee liqueur or brandy.
In a bowl, insert a layer of vanilla soaked and a layer of cheese mixture. Start with vanilla and finish with cheese mixture.
They are generally three layers of vanilla and blend three. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
It’s as tasty as it looks. The success is guaranteed! :)
